How To Seed On Freshon.tv

hi how do you seed on tvt i thought it would b easy that they are tv shows and small size but 2-3gb an episode is nuts also do they have a bonus point system

You think it is difficult on freshon tv? You should try on bitmetv, there it is impossible unless you have a seedbox.
