File naming convention, order for movie files. Chinese/Korean and filename length?

Hello,

anyone can please link me to some convention/best practices to follow when naming files to be shared?
In this case I am interested in TV series/movies files naming.

I think that if the movie is in Chinese or Korean or similar language, then it should have name in this language in order to be found using language of the target audience. Yet maybe the problem is the language support of some BT clients or OS'es?

Also what is the maximum recommended length of the file name (number of characters). I was told that the path length limit may be 255 letters on Windows and is higher in case of a Linux.

I am also puzzled how to specify the audio track language inside a filename in short way.
