A Big Welcome To My Mum

Hi everyone,

I know this is not exactly world news, but it is an event!

My mum (who lives in Spain) has joined the forum. She caved in a year ago after years of me nagging her to get a computer, and now she wants to get involved with file sharing.

She is a genuine no0b and probably won't post very much (at least to start with! :D ) but the issue here is that file sharing as an activity is spreading. More people want stuff that is unavailable in local stores or is stupidly expensive.

File sharing is no longer underground.

Its fun to DIY and not have everything handed on a plate.

The concept of downloading great films, tv shows, programs etc from people thousands of miles away in a community of like minded, and lets face it pretty altruistic people has got to be a good thing. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Havnt got a clue what I am doing yet,but I will learn as I go along. So if I cock it up completly please bear with me.


Looking forward to making contact with different people of different age groups and from different cultures.

Okay, a post whit no meaning or anything to do with anything really is spam. For example if cheese was to write: hargandas in this thread it would be spam, infact anything withcheese types is spam, same with samsamsamsam and danb also with a few other people.
