It was Sting doing the shouting I believe, the clip is from the WCW days.

Eric Bischoff is general manager of RAW these days, well he's about to take a months holiday after Survivor Series tonight.

Stone Cold isn't working for WWE at the moment though expect him to return for Wrestlemania XXI, in a non-wrestling role though.:(
