I don’t know if this is your first time staying during a hurricane but these big ones aren’t something to play with. I’ve been through my fare share of hurricanes and I’m not staying for anything about cat 2 anymore. I stayed for Andrew in 95, which was a cat 4, but I was to young to know any better. The last bad storm we had 3 years ago I stayed for I and was scared shitless. There were 2 tornadoes that passed really close to the house and that’s what really scared me.

Well I made it through Alicia (category 3) and Gilbert (category 5) with all my fingers and toes, so I hope to be ok during this one. Here is the outlook in about 19 hours. About 8 PM CST.
