TorrentBytes[8] I think it is a "level two" and has open sign ups regularly. Lots of great packs all are freeleech.
Their sign up process is a bitch though. make sure you open tabs for the rules and faq (dont just click the box saying you read them). And the Capcha is a bitch....but its worth it once you get it.
P.S. Swedvdr is a DVD-R site ;)
ScT has some amazing packs. There are ±30.000 invites floating around, so you should be able to find one :P
Mate ScT isnt exactly easy to get into, and he clearly said level 4 is his max.
Now about xVid movie packs - check out the usual 0-day trackers - TL, RevTT, TTi and SCC. None of them are particularly high level and easy to seed on.
TB & SCC both have free leech on all packs
SCC newly launched free leech..........specially on tv and movie packs

SCC is good
scc is just starting out with their packs section so now would be a good time to grab those packs when their speeds are the highest and you get bonus upload. Otherwise, go with sites with large userbase because older packs are well seeded at those sites.

Definitely PTN. It doesn't have the biggest collection at the moment, but it will just get bigger and bigger.
PtN, SCC, and TB are 3 very good trackers that have free leech packs for xvids. ScT and FtN are also great, but FtN is pretty hard unless you have friends in it, and ScT will cost you 20 euros

but if you want packs i hear the best one for that SCT
i don't download packs but i have seen some good ones on usual scene trackers.

PtN is becoming, more than a very very promising site an extraordinary reality.
It has a lot of very good and very hard to find torrents.
DC and his mates are doing things absolutely right. Now yes.
But due to the fact that very good or small sites are hard to get, IŽd say that TL can fulfill the needs of any user.
