The Ashes on the Interweb?
I can't find a way to watch it. Not too sure about the Coolstreaming app, I don't think it's covering the Ashes, at least I can't get it to find it.
Does anyone know of a website that I can watch England Vs Australia later on today/this week?
I did install a TV card last last night but it appears that the signal strength isn't good enough for me to get CH4. Bah. I can't take so much time off work just to watch this test :ermm:

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
england won the toss so good news for england they needed to bat first on this wicket that will spin for warne!
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
If we'd have lost the toss it would have been the icing on the cake of a particulaly good moring for teh Aussies.
Mcgrath is bowling at 86mph
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Tresco dropped by Gilchrist off McGrath on 13 :pinch:
He's been expensive so far, unusual for him.
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Strauss is out for 6.
Clean bowled by Lee, who, by all accounts, has bowled superbly this morning.
England 26-1.
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Strouss bowled for 6
here comes teh out of form Vaughn who sux not since he become captain
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
He's gotta have a good innings this time. The second innings will be more difficult - when it's turing.
Vaughan must succeed today.
But yeah, his batting has sucked since he became captain. He was #1 in the world before that.

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
It's from teh Moderation - the home of quality smilies http://moderation.invisionzone.com/s...efault/01a.gif
Vaughan seems in good touch so far. Tho' I duno how many times I've thought that over the last couple of years only for him to get clean bowled on about 25 while attempting a slog over mid-wicket.

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
93 for 1 at Lunch.
The England batsmen are going along nicely.
Prolly jinxed them now http://moderation.invisionzone.com/s...fault/dabs.gif

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
if i could understand why videolan won't do proper sound i'd stream it to you just because i want to see if it's possible
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Warne's jst got his 600h test wicket! Congrats to him.
163-2.
Tresco out for 63. Bell is in now, no confidence in him but things are looking good for England atm :D
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Bell average 67!!!! man before the ahses he must have average over 100 coz i haven't seen him make double figures yet

He only had 2 tests against Bangladesh before this series. He got some big scores - but so did everyone.

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
this bell really does suck atm maybe hes trying to play himself in for some form
i don't understand why Pieterson doesn't come in at number 4 he gets to the 70s and runs out of partners and eventually has to hit out
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
well the worst english batmans I ever seen was John Cawley
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Finally got it working - blurriest picture ever but I can kinda see so long as I don't move much!
Reminds me a bit of being in the caravan in Porthcawl as a nipper.
Anyhow, I hope Vaughan hurries up and gets his century. H's been in the nineties for about an hour now.

He's being ultra cautious. I guess he has to be after what's gone before for him in the series.
Personally I'd have dropped Bell and brought in Collingwood. Put him at #6, elevated Flintoff to #5 and Pietersen to #4.

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Vaughan is batting imperiously. 160 runs off only 200 balls. Marvellous.
It really is great to see England doing this to the Aussies at last. Some quality batting yet to come too.
283 -2 :01:

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
I jinxed him. Just after I hit send, he holed out to extra cover off a full toss.

Can't believe that! Off Katich too, who is bowling like I do down the park. Nevermind.
Bell might get to 50. At this rate by lunch on the 4th day

Teh Pietersen is out for 21 :(
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
341-5 at stumps.
Brett Lee bowled out nightwatchman Hoggard with the last ball of the day.
Awesome day for England :01:
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Flintoff to start tomorrow as well, i'd say another 200 would put England in an almost unbeatable position, mind you i think i've just done a Manker and jinxed it
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
An extra 200 would be good but we've only got one more recognised batsman to come - and that's Geraint Jones :ermm:
I don't think we'll be able to get up to 550 :shifty:
-
Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Yes, we will do shit and will not make another 500 runs.
Unjinxed :01:

Re: The Ashes on the Interweb?
Did you know that Jones The Glove was actually born in Papua New Guinea and that he was raised in Brisbane, until he was 22.
In the best traditions of Engerland cricket.
