as from October 4th 2005,I vow to give up smoking, sick and tired of coughing shit up,constantly having a bad taste in my mouth, and the kids telling me I smell.
No more.
I apolagise now to anyone I may insult over the coming few days.

Also you will be at a disadvantage if a team of high tech gangsters manage to take over the local Airport's radar facility, seeking to free an infamous drug dealer and you have to blow up their escaping plane.Quote:

Is it normal to get a pins and needles type sensation in your mouth, been really thirsty as well..feeling ratty.
Who's ratty, and will your wife approve. :unsure:Quote:

I wish I could tell you the worst part's over, but...
Well done! Wish I had your willpower... Any interesting side effects?
I know I was doing some work for my uncle today, and really wanted one during coffee break, side effects....bad indegestion for about 3 days, sweats and shakes...highly irratable, some would say that is normal.
Plus side ...don't smell like an ashtray, seem to have more energy, and I can smell a cigarette from 50 feet away.
keep it up, i wonder if you can overtake Guilles' "days without smoking" count
Doubt it unless he falls off the wagon,he's got a hell of a lead, good luck to him,he has been my insperation :w00t:Quote:
