At what point do you decide to start a topic?

I start a new topic when i am bored or i find something that cant go unposted...

often before i've thought about it :unsure:

only when the truth needs to be known, all lies lead to the truth.

When I'm bored mostly or if in the news section , something I hope people will enjoy .

Normally if something is either:

i) puzzling me,
ii) appears to be news not posted,
iii) verified files not posted, i.e NZB's

obviously this would include searching first or looking in the descriptive topics.

Some times i PM mike a few times to talk about if the topic is good enough for a posting.

I tend not to make topics - I prefer replying sarcastically.

People who start topics are lewsers.

I think thats why I enjoy posting a thread in the lounge, no ones cares if the spelling is wrong and if its really bad its buried at the bottom in a matter of minuets . :D

Mine are like a mercurical thought,that momentarily amuses me and I have to share,usually turns out to be crap though:)

for some reason i read the last bit as "something to make someoen angry", in which case i agree
