I am new here and didn't find a topic of rules or explanation for new comers.
So, I have some questions for moderators:
- what's the objectif of this board ?
- can I post links to files on Rapidshare or Megaupload?
- what is forbidden here? what is permitted?

Exuse me, but the screen you show me is not like what I see. There is nothing between UserCP and Arcade.
Change the default skin to like Chromo or Synapse. To change the skin all the way one the bottom-left there are options.
I was under Synapse. Now that I am under Default, I see these links.
Thank you for response but there is a bug in tne Synapse skin.
Yea I just noticed that on the Synapse skin the links are messed up.
I just looked after responding to that thread "For moderators: Explanation for noob" and i noiticed thats why he could see the Board Rules page.
The whole thing from User CP to Arcade is gone.

I don't use this skin but that other guy had problems finding the Board Rules so he wouldn't know where to go without asking.
VB there is no Quick Links in Synapse style. I'm using Opera.

I see Quick Links in Opera fine though Board Rules should be a primary link in Syanapse since its the n00b skin...
