Sex offender too short for prison
A 50 year old paedophile, had sexual contact over a couple of months last year with a 12-year-old girl. He was sentenced on two felony sexual assault charges. But instead of a prison sentence he got probation.
Why??????
because he is only 5'1" tall and he would have a hard time in prison.:frusty:

He was tall enough to do the crime.... lock him up. :angry:

Put short stuff in with the general prison population tuff luck for him .
This is his ass before prison [.] and after {O} ;)
I could n't find the proper Assicon but why does the punishment never fit the crime ? In this case its beautiful , he used his age and maturity to lure a young one in his web let him run around for two years covering his ass in prison , even they hate diddlers .

He's right, my mate who was a prison guard for 8 years confirmed it for me.
Maybe that's only in the UK tho'. To the best of my knowledge he never worked in the penal system in Canadia.

If I were a judge (a real one, I mean), I'd sentence him to attempt a sexual molestation of, say, a husky 220 lb. seventeen-year-old high school linebacker of decidedly heterosexual orientation.
If he managed to escape unbruised...I guess I'd have to set him free, right? :naughty:

I have an idea remember those old schoul desks ? Let short stuff jump from there with a rope around his neck . Why do we have more compassion for the criminal than the victim ?
Dad beat him ,mom sexually abused him yada yada sad yes but he had a choice to harm someone where as the victim has no choice .

Do we keep up a pretense of rehabilitation out of some vain and misguided sense of fairness/guilt?
