What I've noticed about the WC...
All the established teams, such as Engerland and Argentina who have been in the WC regularly have lots of skillz.:)
But all the new African teams are a LOT more energetic, their players are a lot more speed and power just because they are gifted because they are black.
So right now, although the skillz teams are doing better, the gap between these skillz teams and the new teams has been shortening greatly.:O This is seen by Brazil vs Croatia, who dispite having 6 superstars almost lost to Croatia. (yes I know Croatia is in Europe).
So the new African teams will eventually perfect their skillz and have superstars as well. Give it a couple more years and black people will dominant the WC just like in the NBA.
Dammit they're just much better athletes:pinch: .

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
...yes, but as far as I know the English are not allowed to use coke, and... well in Argentina, they grow their own...
also... in the end, we, the English, only invented the game, mainly to keep the rest of the world occupied and out of trouble, during their spare time..It's actually a very clever comspiracy...based on the age proven, English tactics of divide and rule..
oh..and if the African's begin to show super-star status, then be sure we will catch them on doping...

Whilst most of what you say is the mindless babble of an ignorant cunt I should point out that people have been saying that African teams will become a dominant force in the World Cup since I was a wee bairn and nothing has ever really come of it.
Anyhow, other than that, STFU please. Thx.

In addition to being an idiot, you are also a racist.
Please do not think that this post is intended to be taken in any way other than seriously, it isn't.

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
Pele once said that by the year 2000, an African team would win the World Cup.
Oh, and just when I think Seedler can't possibly be any more of an idiot. He goes and proves me wrong. That's like the seventh time he's done so now.

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
A lot of African players are skillfull, but ball skills is not even half of what it takes to be a major force in world football.
Tactics is one area in which African teams have improved over the last 20 to 30 years. In the last 10 years they have become much more tactically aware due to the hiring of foreign (mainly successful European) coaches.
Teamwork, however, is something they still lack almost to a man. Look at Adbayour (sp?) and the way he just ambles around in an offside position when he's not actively involved. He was caught offside many times the other day because he couldn't be arsed to even get onside.
Running off the ball, making yourself available, drawing player out of position, not keeping the ball too long. All ways in which the best players/teams work for each other, and African players either don't understand or don't care for.
Unless teamwork is drilled into them and becomes an active and essential part of their game, they're going to find it impossible to win anything other than the African Nations Cup.
Oh, and not having the shittest 'keeper at any given tournament would help, too.

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
i don't know much about football, but a lot of the best players don't really look too graceful. i imagine looking good with a ball really doesn't do much for a team. imagine a soldier break dancing in no mans land :dabs:

Who's that? Steve Nash? Hardly. Top Ten. Yes.
How old is your son?

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
isn't it true that an average black man has 30% more muscle mass than the average white man? is this coincidence, or is it possible that the genes that make us look different could have an effect on our insides. it's not really a big thing and can be overcome, but there are genetic differences between race

Maybe its just our upbringing ? In Canada an athlete is just that, not black or white , you pick the best player for Quarterback white , black or green . This is not Mississippi and why we get so many good players in the CFL .
They can play what ever position not just DB or LB if they have the skills . Sadly they always move back to the NFL after honeing their skills .

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
don't get me wrong, i agree with you. people are like blank canvases when they're born. there's slight differences in the texture or whatever, but really anything can be done with them.
is that a good or bad metaphor?
i was just saying, that we shouldn't call seedler a racist or ignorant or anything. he's kinda right, but not. maybe there is more flair in african football, and there are differences between races. meh, i lost myself, cause i just realised- the game evolved into what it is, not the players

The NFL has a better market. The USA is just smaller than the second smallest continent.

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
Okay, people call Asians short and state the obvious fact that asians have smaller penises all the time (negative facts). I don't get offended by that, because they're merely stating a fact.
But when I say that black people are generally better athletes (a positive fact), a (possibly white? peat moss) guy from Canada stands up and call me a racist?
Wtf is this shit.

No it isn't.
There are other reasons.

You did not say that, in your opinion, on average black people tended to be better athletes. Which would actually depend on the sport anyway. For example I would really like to see a list of top black swimmers. I think you will agree that swimming is a fairly athletic pastime.
What you said was "...their players are a lot more speed and power just because they are gifted because they are black." Which is not only really badly written, it is also dismissive of the efforts these chaps have made.
It's not that they have spent their lives since they were very young working really hard, training on a daily basis. No, they are good because they are black. You don't see a talented athlete who has dedicated his life to training to become good at a sport. You see someone who is good because of an accident of birth.
You're a racist, whether you chose to be or not is irrelevant.

there's no black swimmers because they have more muscle mass and less body fat. this means they don't float as well as other races. this isn't racism, this is fact

So, on average, they are naturally less athletic. Depending on what sport you look at. Which was the point I was making when I posed that question.
What about ice hockey, is that dominated by black athletes? I genuinely have no idea. I'm sure one of the lads from Canadia can tell us. Or table tennis, or badminton.

You are a retarded grammar shitfuck, whether you chose to be or not is irrelevant, who reads every word of a post of someone you think is an idiot, and replied to it to the best of your ability, prolly writing up a draft, spelling check it, type up a good copy, and then finally posting it.

You say that like it's a bad thing.
Please see the other thread where someone posted a one liner and you still got it 100% wrong, by failing to actually read what the other person had writen. Something about Nascar crashes as I recall.
"Shitfuck" is an interesting choice of word. Do you perhaps seek hawt man on man bumsecks. This whole latent homosexuality thing seems to be a recurring theme.

No, that's what you do if you're trying to clutter up the Lounge with mindless shit. Some of us take the time to read posts, reply in a thoughtful manner and generally have a laugh. Oh, and insult useless fuckwits like yourself.

I have both quality and quantity, you have...neither.
You're just a cunt who spams the board in an attempt to gain attention. In real life you'd be the smelly guy who sits at your table in the pub and interrupts your conversation with your mates, doesn't take the hint to fuck off and ends up being ignored as everyone continues the conversation without him.

Good point, I have actually made an average of 100 posts a week. I remember each and every one as if I had just posted them. Gems, fucking sparkly gems of goodness, one and all.

It's you that attaches importance to the post count, not me. That's the only way I can explain your ceaseless spamming and constant mention of it if someone criticizes your "posts". You seem to believe by posting lots your tiny cawk will start growing. Bad news pin-dick, it don't work like that.

Re: What I've noticed about the WC...
I've always felt the arguments;
a, I've been here longer than you.
ii, I've got more posts than you.
3, I'm older / younger than you.
to be quite pathetic. Someone's join date is irrelevant. The number of their posts (high or low) is irrelevant. All that matters is the quality. That's not to say I must agree with what someone is posting. Au contraire, I have seen some excellent posts which I totally disagreed with. They were not however idiotic.
That said there is no excuse for replying to something without taking the effort to read it first. That's at best a waste of time and at worst downright rude.
