hey
you must have torrent client (program) to download torrents. You have tons of them - it's totaly up to you what will you use.
I suggest:
uTorrent (my favourite)
BitComet
Azureus
On http://www.utorrent.com/beginners-guide.php you have a guide about downloading and using torrents, and how to use them.
Also, if you do a little search on the net, you'll find tons of tutorials and guides about torrents so,... what are you waiting for! ;)

bittorrent is still the best if you want to get games for free.
utorrent as client for bitorrent. although you'll have to find a good site ;) but there are many around
There are many excelent torrent sites around. Just google it :)
I use µTorrent as a torrent client.
But as the thread says, the best "p2p program", which means you could have meant applications like Bearshare, Kazaa etc. Bearshare Lite is a good p2p program :)
don't use bitcomet, it cheats. :angry: and a lot of private trackers ban itQuote:

I use multi source clients when i want a game in 1 hour, when i want it quicker than in 1 hour i connect directly to someone's puter, but don't use torrent as such.
utorrent is surely the best out there for windows off course :)
Bittorrent is the best p2p protocol to get everything rapidly and i advice everybody to use utorrent as a client
i usually use azeurus or utorrent and go on some private trackers for fast downloads
