How long have you been trying to get signup/invite to torrent site?

How long have you spent trying to get signup/invite to a torrent site?

Few days,a few weeks,a couple of months,over 6 months,over a year,i've given up.

I've been trying to get on Oink since I first heard about it. I finally got on it toward the beginning but I got kicked because I never used it. It was actually only a month when I went back and my account was gone. I had uploaded quite a bit too.

Been trying to get on again ever since

I've had been trying to register on the site demonoid.com before... it's not like I'd been bother to check everyday but there was one day when the registration was open and I wasn't bother to sign up... now i need it /sigh...

fielist for the past 6 months or so,lost my acct due to inactivity last summer.

not really a big deal to me but thats the only site i have had a problem trying to sign back up to.

Many people talking about loosing their account at torrent sites,get kicked off for whatever reason.Do you realise alot of sites if you've allready been a member there and try to re-signup it won't let you cause ip ban?

Reading the rules in 1 site says "If you get ban from here you WON'T be allowed back!"

I've heard this happen to a few people actually,get really excited "Yes I finally got signup/invite back to my old site"

Then find out they can't re-join.Not sure if all torrent sites do this,but i've heard alot do.

thats from a BAN though. Not through the account being inactive, VIP.

Until now, i've have waited only 2 weeks for a couple of sites.
Some top sites don't count because although i would be glad to have them i'm not really after them because i know i wouldn't have a chance yet :P

a couple of days i guess for for a bunch of sites that i decided to try about 2 different usernames and eventually signed up with both names

I've been trting to get an oink invite for almost a year now. I'm still trying:)

i've been trying to get a torrentleech invite for 8 months.

Weeks if not months to get an invite to oink. Still invite-less....

i have been tryin to get into bitme since 3 month, still looking for it

torrentbytes 5 months
bitmetv & bitme over a year

For TorrentBytes over a year
For Filelist over 2 months ( my account was disabled due to inactivity)

same here...

heard about filelist & waiting from 3 months

x264.us for about 3 1/2 months, I had the activation e-mail but lost my internet due to problems on their end, didnt activate on time :(

all i want now is to get into scene torrents , got a acc at all the other "big' sites

ontopic: i'm trying to get on bitmetv.org for 4 and a half months now :'(

I've been trying to get into a site (Im not supposed to mention the name) for around 2 months now :-(
I guess its kind of hard when one cant ask for an invite and one doesnt know anyone from the site.

as long as i know my name i am trying to sign up to bitme :D sometimes it gives the 403 error, which i don't understand :D when i succeed to open the home page i feel lucky :D

I was a torrentbyes member and i had excellent upload there and then they shut down... when they came back i tried again but ever since i've never been able to sign up again.

I have waited months for a few of my torrent sites!

I've been trying to get invite to ScT for my whole life

I don't even know what FTN is :), let alone try getting into it....

EDIT: I'm trying for ScT too.. (all the while)

EDIT 2: Now I know what's FTN mean, thanx to a wayward member here...:). I'm pissed that the link still hasn't been deleted :o

2 months and no sign of me landing one ever

Been trying to get on torrentbytes since it opened. ( changed from torrentbits which I did have account for ). Which was around the time that suprnova and lokitorrent went under.
So I'd say about 1 vyear 6 months

been trying to get into a music community for almost 6 months now...but still no luck...

hmm.. I´ve been waiting a long time to get an invite to an audio appz site, ever since audiofarm shut down.

I tried to get a BitMeTv invite for about 4 months before i finally got one.

I got my demonoid one by simply going to the webpage and signing up (registrations were open).

My diwana invite i got through AussiTorrents

I have been trying to get an invite for BitMe and Oink for about 4-5 months now.

I got invite code for demonoid first day I ever tried to sign up for private tracker.
TL invite was gained just one day after demonoid. Few more invites (Oink, TD, Btmusic...) was collected during next 2 weeks... :D
I hadn't big problems to get those invites, I gues I was lucky.
But now I'm trying to get FTN and SCT for about 2 weeks with no luck, but got few other great invites.... ;)

Updated: Already got FTN.... :D

Then you don't need ScT...

I waited at most 2 or 3 weeks for any of the sites I am/was on.

yeah, Oink is a tuff one. I don't think they ever have open registrations.
