from director Yimou Zhang that brought us "Hero" & "House of Flying Daggers". GREAT cinematography & lots of pretty colors! looks to be another great asian storyline w/chow yun-fat. me & chow go way back to the john woo dayz. :) needless to say this one will be a must watch!

updated trailer and i don't see what u guys find in that chic gong li. she looked awful in miami vice.
just finished this and i'm sad to say it wasn't as good as i'd hoped. a large part of this film is story and the whole film is drama. i don't have a prob with story and drama, but the story just wasn't to interesting. i'm not disappointed in watching this film i just wanted a little more action than is provided. 6/10
