Long story short:
I ordered stuff from a website, they took the money, never delivered, I just canceled the order asked for a refund, they haven't paid the money back yet.
What am I supposed to do now?

What website?
cry.
count yourself lucky. our ben got halfway through registering a domain name and cancelled. they didn't give him the website but charged him anyway. when he asked for a refund they charged him again lol
Was it abroad?
If it's based in the UK reporting them should be easier.
I probably wouldn't expect my money back, tho', if it's a scam rather than them getting mixed up.

Q: Why can I not speak to a sales person?
A: The Info-Tech-Systems web site is designed to enable our customers to browse at their leisure without pressure. With our easy to navigate site you can quickly choose and customise your own PC systems, find upgrade components and generally find product information in advance of your purchasing time. This, we believe is the best way to present our products to our customers. If you have any questions relating to a sale, contact our sales department.

The best part about this shop was when I rang up to demand my refund the lady said, "*tap* *tap* *tap* *tap* *tap* *tap* computer says, 'no'".
Have you tried talking to them? :smilie4:Quote:

How long ago was it you ordered?
Back in July, I waited four weeks before I gave up waited for it to be dispatched, then they said it takes 4-6 weeks for the refund :dabs:
For what it's worth, the site seems legit...-ish.
Seeing as how they are replying to you at all, and all. That means that you should be able to report them to some consumer rights-thingie and at least screw with them a little.
I have no idea how to do that.
According to Pricerunner some people have done it already.

This one reported it to the credit card company. If the company took care of his or their end of the transfer I've no idea, tho.Quote:
This company debits card immediately but and then fails to supply the goods.Difficult to get through to anyone by telephone and refund was only finally achieved by registering official written complaint to Barclaycard. Not even threatening Police investigation had any effect. Avoid this company like the Plague.
I dunno' if this, or this, or this helps any, but have a look.
That sounds like work, it's my day off, fuck you, whore.
well, fuck you too, bitch.
guys, guys, :noes: calm down ;)
i suggest that you gather some info about the company that you're trying to do some business with (before you actually do it ;) ). on the other hand, buy only from those that are well known and have good feedback from (real) customers
I think you should go in Batman style, grab the headboss by the collar, lift him up against the wall, and tell him. "Stop being a big meanie, or I'll break your legs". Then drop a smoke bomb and jump out the window shooting your grappling hook on to a nearby groteque and spread your batwings for a dramatic exit.
,k I'll try wurking on me costume tonite.
