It's a good tracker of course with only flac music. It has 2500 torrents and less seeders/leechers than on BTMusic. It's little strange but it couldn't find no FAQ but only a veeery long user agreement and rules. About the user ranks I found out from forums.
Like I said, it's a really good music tracker but in my opinion BTMusic is better a little, maybe it's because thay don't have so many users as BTM. Anyway, I like it :)
Edit: Hah I found the FAQ, I didn't noticed because it's called "Help" there :huh:

E****O has become one of my all time favorite sites.... i think btmusic is great also but i like the hiphop section a lot on E****O... anyway just my two cents but a great tracker... very private very fast

why is lossless music so good ?
because lossless music has faaar greater quality than mp3 or other lossy format...which translates into cleaner sounds and the ability to hear every instrument but a song in lossless format basically takes much more space on your hdd 30 mb per song or something
I would really love to join this unamed site, ape and flac files are getting harder to find these days
Doe's it have some House or dance music? I don't like Btmusic so much, because I don't listen rock... Hip-Hop and EDM are my favorite.
