try bitsoup(.org), its a pretty good tracker and will still be open for a while
i agree with kesava108 , and maybe bitsoup need your 5mbps more. lol

i was just suggesting some trackers to join (and get some proof via good ratio) cause i don't know how successful you will be just asking straight out for an invite sceneT or BitmeTV.
Darn i wish i had a 5mb upstream, the best poor, old country Australia gets is 1500/256. Oh well, I guess i'm well fed and bombs aint dropping.

join a private site, dl and up sth. then , your up/your dl= your ratio.
your ratio is your proof
if your ratio>1 , you good.
if r<1 , you bad.

u have to work ur way up the ladder, and sometimes exchange any invites these sites give u, for other sites u want.
sct is (imo) the best scene related torrent site, and will take alot of effort, and some luck, to get invited there. if ever that is. not everybody needs a sct account to get by though. u get the same content, at great speeds, on other sites too.
