Update virus protection and do a full system scan.
If that doesnt work, run hijackthis!
Tis funny cause I never get that problem , just my anti -spy ware popping up and complaining that there's a change and deal with it . So curious what your running Bawa .
System restore or reinstall.
check your hosts file also and delete any entries other than 127.0.0.1
located here: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc Open in notepad. Should look like this:
Code:# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1 localhost
If they can change your homepage you ain't protected. This never happens to me and i click lots of shit.

scan with HiJackThis and post the results here...i can tell you what to delete..scanning your pc with a bunch of antivirus & adware scanners can be a good idea too...even if they can't remove the file it might tell you what the bad file is then you can go into safe mode and delete it yourself...if it won't let you delete it then you might find a small removal tool online specific to that file...i just removed 3 regenerating popup dll files from my system the other day:cry: it was a real pain in the ass
