i blush in class when i speak or when the teacher speaks to me...
does this happened with any of u ??
how can i get over it?

Be prepared. I only ever blush in class when I have to make something up on the spot because I haven't read the particular poem my lecturer is interrogating me on. Make a point of speaking out before you are asked, that helps as well.
That, or give blood before your lessons.
Go to a public speaking class, you will learn alongside people who are sympathetic and who know how to help you get over this problem.
Amazingly, in the UK, public speaking is considered more frightening than death by the majority of people.
All you need to do is learn a few techniques and do a bit of practice. Good luck in getting this sorted out.
If you learn to hold your breath for a long time, you can bluish instead.Quote:

You need to learn to relax your breathing when you do a presentation. It'll help you both relax your body and lower your heart rate. Yoga class or Pilates especially is extremely good for this

Pour cold water on it.
Blushing and erections are a bad combination. Generally most people don't have that much blood that they can use it so wantonly. This leads to fainting which is then extremely embarrassing. If the teacher is foxy and you come round in her arms the embarrasment and excitement lead to a horrendous vicious circle.Quote:

Common problem.
I was experiencing the same thing in grade 3.
Just wait for puberty to take its course and avoid talking to the secksy teachers in biology class.:yup:
