i think some people just dont know how to function while high....i can do fine while stoned but have friends that will have an entire conversation and when i ask them something about it will slightly drool and say "huh?".

Yeah he did once, he didn't feel anything from the one drag he had (coughed a bit though) but pretended to be stoned and forced himself to giggle a lot to fit in with the "cool" kids.
