I'm actually going to use it. :O
It goes great with my Vista visual style, and I haven't been able to find anything even close with a Winamp skin.

Mine's 11.0.5721.5145, I got it from download's on M$ (so official 'final' on WMP).
I'm into Vista-theme myself so I love the new WMP look also.

Mine's also 11.0.5705.5043 it's still beta 2 didn't auto update and won't. I'm sticking to vlc.:rolleyes:

Functionality is my number one too, but the only function I really care about is whether or not it plays my music without hassle. I'm not one to harp about plugins and the like.
WMP and Winamp I like equally. I really don't have any bitches or gripes about either. Right now WMP 11 has the visual style I like, so I'm going with it. :)

Fats for me too. I actually think it's much faster than Winamp to load.
When selecting a song to play with Winamp, there's about a 5 second delay while it loads, but with WMP11 it's instant. :)

I gave it a try and, whilst I won't be using it as my default media player, I did find it satisfactory.

anybody noticed the lag in video if you switch from WMP to another application during the playback.
my videos on MediaPlayer gets lagged if Firefox is open at same time but if i only switch between the windows and get back to the WMP.
don't whats causing the problem, WMP, Firefox or codec ?
