first you give the invite , then the guy who got it keep signing up every minutes

and simply he would be a member

you cant sent invite when its full...you get this msg

The current user account limit (********) has been reached. Inactive accounts are pruned all the time, please check back again later...

in sc* you can

and you can register simply too by keeping your eye on it

well,i think the tracker will get rid of inactive accounts soon,just we have to be patient
