having multiple accounts in a closed site is selfish because its just unused account that other people could be seeding from. 2 maybe but 3+ is ridiculous.
i had 2 TB accounts and gave one away because it was being wasted. Good sites should be used.

It's a backup in case the ScT staff will some bad humour and ban your one acc. Also if you got 3 power users accounts or above then you can have 15 invites when the staff will throw it away.
