someone posted about this earlier. The cd key doesn't work as it hasn't been cracked yet, but apparently you can use it for 90 days without the key and by then someone will probably have cracked it.

They tell you to get a free rc1 product key from m$, then replace about 4 files and your activated.
There are so many up, I'm downloading the original bill one and im going to virtual drive it and play around w/ it; I don't know which one is confirmed to work so I'll wait till there is a definite okay.

You still have to activate, even though you might set up a server (2k3 or Longhorn) that your computer can connect to each 180 days or whatever it is, but the problem is that the server will validate through MS anyway.Quote:
