F** is a scene tracker, while KG only hosts non-mainstream movies.
They are completely different to each other and can't be compared.
To me, both are GREAT trackers.
I registered when they still had the userapps. and it was pretty easy to get in at that time. But it is truly a nice site.

i rated kg at 2.5 because you can apply for an account whenever, and as long as you have a minimum knowledge of english and a halfway decent and convincing explanation why you want to join, getting in is effortless. of course the seeking of actual invites might be a bit more tricky, but as long as the first option for joining is available, why rate the site higher?
i for one have written several applications for my friends and all of them got accepted within the hour :P:P
hence my rating accordingly.
EDIT: of course, suggestions of changing the rating of sites are welcome, if the current ratings become obsolete just shout and i will update the list :)
The Rating needs to be updated then.. They dont have applications at KG anymore :D
