Looking Forward to Christmas
I am particularly looking forward to reading if Dan gets caught in a pub car park, doing a lass up the "wrong 'un" .... by her Da.
Now that's what Christmas is all aboot.

Re: Looking Forward to Christmas
Hmph Christmas.
I will either be working and moping about not being able to see my folks, or at my folks moping about not being able to see Cheese. Probably the former.

Re: Looking Forward to Christmas
Do your folks think Cheese is a total cunt then.
No that I'm making them wrong like, I was just wondering.

My mum loves him. Because he sounds polite on the phone.

Oh FFS! Look. It's simple.
Cheese will be in Plymouth, with his family.
My family live in another city. Mum doesn't know whether she is going to be in that city, or in another one looking after my sick grandad, because it depends on how strong he is.
I don't know whether I'll be employed, and if I am what my rota is. I can't book holiday till I know that. Chances are if I stay and try to book holiday there won't be any left because the perma-staff have got it all.
So Christmas is pretty much cancelled due to chaos and uncertaincy.
However, please be reassured that in future years we will probably alternate familial domiciles, swapping his English Christmas for my Greek one. I hope this helps.
