On some trackers everyone can use the invite option , but not all invites are valid (depends on the user status e.g. power user with 10 g upload etc...)
Maybe you got invited by a non qualified user thus your invite is not valid.

How did SCC register my mail as an email account created? What kind of details account are those? Can you see the user 1692594872 registered in site? How can i contact SCC staff to solve this problem?

that same thing happened to me with childbytes. i couldnt log into my account. someone i knew asked a mod and he said my account was not there so i had to get reinvited. im thinking this is the same thing. you have to get reinvited
