The link says they charged money, which is completely inaccurate also..

Yes, that is very old info and not quite true. True is the part that the police arrested some of the staff but the site was working all the time ;)
Now, problems with the site are because they are still upgrading, changing host, code and etc.

Indeed we're currently filtering out all non-Bulgarian subnets. This temporary setback came as a result from several flood attacks we've had since our relocation in the USA last week. Restrictive measures will be applied till we're sure that our security is no longer compromised.
