Just burn the bin in data mode 1 block size 2352.
Yeah i use Nero and burn all bins that way don't think iv'e ever used a cue
Or you can use WinISO. That'll let you convert BINs into ISOs and vica versa. ISOs don't need a CUE unlike BINs ;)
Create a *.cue by your self in notepad and use whatever program to change the extentsion from *.txt to *.cue. And here is all you have to type in:
FILE "THE PROGRAM NAME.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
~THAT'S THE FIRST THREE LINES YOU HAVE TO TYPE~
THE PROGRAM NAME is the *bin file that you have.

Is there a program that converts .txt to .cue? If so, please display a link. And does that actually work? I'm trying to download Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and I have followed your instructions up to this point; writing your own .cue:

Will this actually work if I point Nero to this .cue that I made?
You don't need to convert anything. After creating the text file with Notepad, just rename the .txt to .cue.Quote:
