Litestep. Though there are very few decent looking themes. :/

Themes: WindowsBlinds, Logon's/Bootscreen'n such: TuneUp Utilities.

If u really want to change ur theme and configure it to the way u want, use Litestep.

Stuff like that is ok for the novice computer user.
