I'm going against your voting system, and opting for; Yogi the Mental, instead.
My reasoning being;

* He was a total fruitcake who not only posted the most bizarre pics of his self, but also his half nekkid galfriend in the freezing cold outside his wee hut.
* Followed his rabbit around for miles with a net and snapping pics, never realising it was trying to escape him and his loon antics.
* Abused the general public by getting them to wear skanky headphones, then taking photo's of them for the interweb.
* Being a general mentalist cawk, but fantastic at the same time.

I always thought that Yogi was a bit contrived, like some kid just jumping up and down for attention.

I agree with 100% being the most pleasant nutter but I voted for Busy by accident.
