If it is much like Canada then you will probably have to say what region of the US you are in. Some cities even have their own private ISP which out rivals some of the larger companies.
i can tell you it isn't comcast
I hear verizon is good.

What about in the Northeast US? I'm using Verizon right now, but the not-so-good speeds are asymmetric.
Don't you only get like 5GB of bandwidth a month and if you go over they pull the plug? Thought I read an article on it a few days ago. Just curious because I was thinking of going with Verizon but then read that.Quote:
