scc has got a new life since they opened signup. I remember they only had 300 torrents a few weeks ago. Twice more now :yup:

Scc is a great site...plus it is open signup at the moment :w00t:...and I don't know how long that will last...
When I joined a few days ago, I wasn't impressed. But now it's shaping up to be something great. I'd say: invest your bandwidth on this one. If only they had more active users (raise the number up to 10000 or so) and covered more releases (like TL)...
Actually they have great "after pre time" times, that's true. But the number of seeds/peers isn't for sure impressing... Let's hope the open signup will change that. :)

SCC is moving up the ranks imo.. been spending a lot more time there than on SCT these days..
Scc is in the right direction to become the top 0-day tracker around i notice thats they beats Sct in content also they beat FTN sometimes in Pre ,thanks to uploader there they doing a great job :D .
This could have been a great site from that start if it hadn't been for the arrogance of certain staff members. Most sites take on suggestions but SCC have always taken this as personal criticism. Hell of a lot of members were banned for simply speaking their mind.
At last they took a step back and realised that maybe those members were right. Now the site is going places.
Hopefully that ridiculous "7-day download or you're out" rule has gone too. That was absolute bullshit....if you went on holiday your account would be gone when you got back.
Yeah, that is a stupid rule. And I wish they'd account for overall ratio instead of being so fussy with hit and runs. Seeding for 36 hours is a bitch.

Oink is a great site but the speeds seriously suck... But that wouldnt be helped by HnR-rules because there are so many old files on OiNK, HnR-rules become pointless if you don't set the seed time to 3 months or so... Someone gotta seed that time anyway so maybe a good idea :dabs:Quote:

HnR rules are far from pointless... its the only way to keep torrent going in the beginning, uploaders can not stay on torrents for the full life they have, so a larger installed mass is needed to keep speed up...Quote:
