now i think you should rate the sites in all categories by the users opinion and it will be much better than the rarity topic.

This one is not accurate at all. Cause there at not many people that have ScT and FTN, then they can't vote at it. TL is 3 place on pre-time, that's just a joke in it self.

About pre-time, I'll do ti by my self.
Compare couple of torrents and decide wich is fastest in that section.
