they have at least 25 seeders with high speed.

There's no lack of overrated trackers around here, Snowtigers is just one of them. What matters is that people still look for them. There's high demand and it fills a specific need of french content. Overrated or not.
Speeds are around 200ko/s for me, it's enough !
