Hi ! as I said , I have 100 Mbps Dedicated Server and I can grow your buffer in PiSexy (50 GB Upload within 2 Days) .
I want FSC Invite or an account.
I also can grow your Buffer in Bitme , BitmeTv , FTN , TB , TL and iPlay .
But I only grow your buffer in ONE of these trackers which you want .
If you want , P.M me .

BTW , I have all of these tracker (and Also SCT(PU) ;) and I don't want them and You can test me by sending a P.M in one of this tracker .

That's the hardest place to seed. Unless you are an uploader (and even then...).

I don't want to sell my seedBox . I love it ;)
many of Private trackers support Multiple Ip , Otherwise you should be ban now . because your IP and your server IP are not same ;)
These trackers are using the passkey system, so the ip of the user is of no relevance, as the identification of the user is being done by the means of checking the user's passkey and not the ip.

I went to a private tracker's IRC and they told me that if two accounts are accessed from one IP, the IP gets automated ban. Is that true or not?

If its not at the same time. I've seeded on 3 accounts in one day at the same tIP address, but not at the same time.

Yuu can ask them on IRC though if you want to see if you can seed to two accounts at the same time.
