Wii Sports Experiment: The book

I wrote a follow up article about my Wii Sports Experiment, I have links to 80% of my media appearances from all across the globe.

so you showed that doing exercise makes you lose weight?

I put the data behind the obvious, yes. The book will elaborate more on the actual workout routines and also include a diet, etc.

Apart from the fact that you recorded your weight loss, you just played on your Wii, shirley?:blink:

I hope you got paid by Nintendo for promoting them.
Anyway congratulations and nice to finally see someone bringing something they enjoy a level further.

Your focus is on the physical positive effects of the game, (although i am certain you can get RepetativeStrainInjury)
whereas most media debates the psychological dangers, addiction in gaming and of course that games cause violence.

When I plat the Wii sports boxing I really get into it and my arms are sore the next day lol

Actually, the hair was plucked one by one over the course of the 6 weeks with some tweezers.

I got a nintendo ds for christmas. Will i get the same results :blink:
