once when you have 25 or 50 gigs.. maybe they give you for the first time 3 or 1 invite .. or.. maybe they have system to give like on rev tt ..2 months or 3 montsh a power user can get 1 invite or 2
but u can ask even if u r new user... it is an awesome community

Just ask... There is a specific thread for asking, and staff usually respond by editing the thread with a success or failure.
Not sure about whether invites are automatic though. You'd have to ask a staff member.
