So you finally got the server....
There should be some instructions you get when you download torrentflux read them and install!!!

i setup a few account already... i hit 6mb/s on it, not bad for a 25$ server
yeah, you haven't said what the exact problem is, tf comes with instructions, did you follow them? did you try to ask on torrentflux forum, they have support there.
anyway, what are you trying to do? what is your box linux or windows, is it your home box or are you trying to install on some university computer or something. you really should say something more than "help" :D
is your goal to have remote control or what?

when i try to upload i get this error:
