I've been dying to see a movie version of Alan Moore's "The Watchmen". It's a shame that it had a script made and was in pre-production but eventually got canned.
I also want to see a Peter Jackson produced "Halo" movie - mostly in the hopes that it would legitimize video game movies (Thanks Uwe Boll!)
