ive tried accessing the site with and without a proxy
a proxy from their country, i can access the site(barely)
but without the proxy, access is denied like it used to be in the old days....
what have happened?
why did they block ip's outside their country again?
You all can still access their web using this proxy : http://slivnica.org/forum/images/proxy/index.php
Yeah, please if someone could tell why they block IP from outside Bulgaria ?
There is a some legal activity against all bulgarian trackers so arenabg are taking some precautions even though they are hosted in the USA. Admins claim it will reopen internationally soon so keep checking it out.

rename it to download.php.torrent or maybe use IE to download the torrent.
You don't even need to rename it.. Just at utorrent browser select all files and add it as you would with a normal torrent.. Of course if you download more files just rename them as you wish to distinguish them..
the proxy is working great but i cant download with utorrent

To get tracker to work - In utorrent
a) Preferences > Connection
b) Proxy server > Type:HTTP, Proxy: 88.80.112.5 Port: 8000
c) Leave Authentication and the rest unchecked

It's a great tracker obviously. So many peers per torrent makes it special. It's a pitty that it's not working properly. I can download from there but it reports way less peers than before. Speeds are good still, so i cant complaint much.
actually once you have the file you should be able to download without a proxy in utorrent, because the announcer is reachable from most locations.
As of today, ArenaBG is again open for international users!

it's no use contacting admins, you won't change their mind, they have their reasons for it being like it is. Only thing you can do is wait patiently and hope for the best.
