Are there any other groups like snow patrol?

Are there any other groups similar to snow patrol, coldplay....blue october that you would reccomend.........thanks:)

i normally have a look at allmusic and see what they say is similar to other artists i like.

the only coldplay song i liked was the spiderweb one from the first album, they made a drum n bass version out of it.

I was listening to Embrace last night. Fucking awesome. :happy:

This is a really good obscure band, but Blue Merle - Burning In The Sun, the singer sounds freakishly like Chris from Coldplay in a couple tracks. At first when I heard there single I thought Coldplay released a new single. Anway that cd is pretty solid if your lookin for that type of music, but also try out Keane, there a good mellow sounding band.

British Sea Power - I'd recommend their album Open Season.

JJ72, Hard Fi, The Kooks, The Automatic, Richard Ashcroft, Maimo Park, The Vines, Fratellis

If you wanna try some of these i reccoment "the bands 06 album and Brits Hits, they are good albums

Doesn't every other rock band on the radio sound like those groups?

If you like Coldplay, I think you'd really like Merzbow. You should check 'em out.:ph34r:

I like snow patrol but coldplay just depress me... It's like suicide music.
Try the kooks they are a bit but not really like them, good band though.
Try razorlight too.
