Average Download Speed

whats everyones Average download speed?

I'm on 1mb broadband, but, my average download speed is around 30kb/s

Sometimes, I get 100+ but thats only a couple of times!

prob bout 50k, only 512k cable

i usually get upto 30k on kazaa but direct off internet, sometimes upto 80k (steady). :D
(i have 512k cable)

with my 56k connection, i get a steady 4.5k :(

with this T3 connection, speeds vary widely, but always above 100k on kazaa, about 400k from servers.

my 56k gets a steady 4.7k - 4.8k

Waynebfc something is wrong - i think with 1mb you should get 100kbs

I get around 120-140kb/s with 1mb broadband. Sometimes i only get 1Kb/s others 300kb/s. Just depends on the amount of users. :D

56k Modem!
Averages 3.80/4.20 ocasionally we hit as low as 0.04 has been known, very annoying!
Broardband comming next month here, hopefully :D

I have a 640k DSL modem through Qwest. But its really a 520k modem :P anyway on kazaa my average would be..... probably 45kbps. From websites i get about 50-65kbps yep...... hit 90 once but that's it. :D

I have unstable 512/256 connection, average is 60kb/s from KaZaa if I download a file which a person with a good connection shares. If I download from multiple sources then the average is only about 15kb/s for more rare files and 50kb/s when the file is not rare.. But most I got off KaZaa has been 72kb/s stable. From internet servers max speed has been 247kb/s, average being 56kb/s.

PS my modem is 11mbps but the connection is externally limited.

i never download anything thats coming at less then 10kbs i hate waiting if its to slow i cancel look for faster 1

Mines are always around 140kbps/150kbps im on a 1.5 MB DSL line.

i got 211177kb/s before...i juz dunno how to paste screenshots

Least im not the worst when mine is 20/30 kbs...I really like downloading off people from the uni though *vrooooooom*...But outside uni people mine won&#39;t go over 200kbs/

my average is about 20k but on a good day ive had about 70k but what pisses me off is that we pay £30 a month for 512k

well i hav cable i think its 1mbps
my average depends on the #of users if i hav ALOT of them i can go to 200kbps wen i hav not too may its usually 70-120kbps....lucky me....

I have a hell lot of patience, my phone line is really poor, 56k modem, 28.8k connection, 3.0kb per sec useally. off the internet, (not kazaa) i download a hell lot of game demos, 1.45 gigabytes of the stuff

i get a measly 25k/s at most, on my 128kpbs
