Don't forget Emulparadise, little bit less stuff than BlackCats, but its a public tracker. ;)

BlackCats is going to be your best bet. There is also SoloPS2, which seems to be down atm, might be forever.
All the general trackers have their own PS2 section though.
BlackCats open their doors every once in a while, so keep your eyes peeled. You could also pm me if you want it sooner, but there will be some strict ratio proof requirements.
