What a bad news this happened to me in the past for no reason too
i must get my acc back this is crazy...
didnt you hit and run on any torrents? They are very strict about that
i only seed there never downloading..
they may suspected that this is cheating

You shouldn't need a pass for the support channel, just the main ones.
