i think i got banned fropm wb i got an account from someone then relised it was open sign ups and decided to make an account because i didnt like the name of the origional account i got. Now it says error 401 permission denied. is there a way i can get back in?

Ban means permanent ban. There is no time limit. Time limit is there in suspension/warning, not ban. You should have changed the IP before registering another account.

Ppl are allowed to change their mail-id and as far as IP is concerned.. not all people are on static.. in fact maximum are on dynamic and hence their IP does change.. the ban could have only taken effect if one was already using an account, logged out of the same and then trying to sign up a new account using the very same ip.. that results in BOOM... if you do not like you userid, talk to the mods, tell them the problem and they will surely allow you to terminate your old account and establish a new one..Quote:

Ussually as wildbytes said... there is a few things that flag the account has been traded.
IP changes to that of a differant country.
Password changes
Email changes.
Any on their own yeah understandable you could be on a trip or something... But all of them done in the same period of time ussually flags the account has been traded or hacked.
I laugh every time i remember that.
But its normal, it could hapen to everybody!
