Hey, I heard that Angels and Demons by dan Brown was good. What do you all think. I loved the Davinci code, but would like other opinions before I buy it.

I liked it. I think it was better than the da vinci code, but had read several books with the same theme just before I had read da vinci
Yes the movie certainly doesnt do justice to the book. Overall, its good page turner although some of your religious elders might consider the book blasphemy.

If you enjoyed the da vinci code I think you should enjoy this too - they're pretty similar in overall tone really :)
Hm I'm trying to think of more to say but I can't, it's a while since I read it! :lol: I think dan brown's books are pretty good holiday stories to read on a plane or on the beach, personally. I've also read Digital Fortress - I can't remember which book I noticed it but his books DO get a little bit samey when you read several of them

(Ps its a collection of Dan Browns books but its small so its okay)
Its a much better book than the Davinci code, which I wasn't that impressed with. I dont think he's a particularly good writer anyhow but that's by the by.
Give it a go, and then read something good.
I think its underrated. Mainly because the Da Vinci Code receives all the attention when this is the book that deserves it more.
