well considering this is an age where EVERYBODY SUES EVERYONE for the most ignorance reasons, maybe. like that mother sueing mcdonals becuase it made her kids fat. also cool avater i;m a big Eminem fan

However, saying it's The best site on the net, without any prove, is illegal. IT's whats called disguising the truth or even with holding the truth with intent.

I'm not saying some guy is gonna come on and actually sue him, it was jsut a point I thought I'd make.. Don't like to see fellow p2p'rs get knocked down like that.

Its called advertising, and its perfectly legal.

As its a 'subjective' matter, all he would have to prove is that someone (even himself) thought it was the best site on the net.....

Its not as if he's claiming you will lose weight by visiting there, or is garanteeing that you will get laid.

My guess is it's a prank.
You only link to your own site ,the banner seems to contain no copyright-
protected material and as to false claims :there is a LOT worse on the web.

Thanks, it's the best from "funny stuf" on this forum on one page so I thought it would be good.

OK, I'll keep the banner for now. Everyone who uses this forum is just as bad as breaking the law anyway, thanks for the advice members. :)

Yeah, thats a possibility but if the worst was to happen and my site taken down, each page is stored on my computer so I'll simply find another hoster. How come sites like deluxserials don't get taken down?

They put themselves on illegal servers, i presume similar to thos child porn fucks who probably do the same.
I think they are mostly in asia, the ukraine, shit like that, but i think torrentse.cx was in the ukraine and it gets taken down...
i think they just swap servers periodically.
