Can someone please tell me what the hell is go great about this torrent site? Everyone seems to want an invite (including myself) but I'm not sure why. What kind of torrent are there that makes Bitmetv so special??

Seems pretty damn cool. Is the torrent site only about TV shows? Do they have any other types of torrent (audio, documents)?
No, only TV shows are allowed.
It is THE best tv site out there.They have had everything "I" have ever looked for....It can be hard to seed at times but it can be done...
yup just like phrezy said, best tv torrent site out there, it has EVERYTHING you ever need, and speeds are fast along with good pretimes, thats why it is such an ideal tracker

I downloaded two 8 gigs torrents from there that only had 2 seeders each and I still got amazing speeds. It's simply amazing. Great speeds and lots of content. It's a big tracker. Not just TV Eps.
This is the next site that I'm about to add to my list of sites I visit. I've heard great things about it.

I was just lucky enough to get an invite from a friend, been looking for one for a LONG time.
Great site, problem is hard to seed stuff since everything is seeded to hell. :P
It was very easy for me but I guess I was lucky. I never asked for it and someone offered me an invite for free. There are still great people out there that like to share and are not greedy just looking for crazy trades for a single tracker.Quote:

The one site that's been the hardest for me to find an invite for is BWTorrents. I've just about given up on that one, heh.
You will never find an invite for BwTorrents because BwT has disabled their invites. The only way to register is by donating. :)

Well thanks for the replies. This brings me to the most obvious question. Why is it so hard to get an invite to that site? I have been trying for quite some time now. I'm a power user on Bitme with a decent ratio and I have requested an invite to BitmeTV many times but got nothing. What the hell do you have to do to get an invite?

The site has arround 24000 members and over 70000 accs disabled...

They ban people for bad ratios, for being inactive, or anything that might degrade the service for others. That results in super high quality. They also have every show you could want. Ever.

No, no movies. Just all TV, all the time. If you pick the wrong torrent, it can be hard to seed. There is a 1 gig buffer before ratios kick in, so thats a couple of episodes. Read the FAQ and the Sticky's in the help forum before you go leech crazy. It will help you in the long run.

Is it scene releases there or is it unrared releases like tvtorrents have?
